Submitting your form
We can receive applications on any business day by: post or courier delivery during business hours; hand-delivered during business hours; fax; email; other means as approved by the Secretary.
The date and time of every application will be recorded at the time of receipt. Where an application is delivered or received outside business hours, its receipt will be recorded as 7.30am of the next business day.
We will check all applications to ensure they are in accordance with the appropriate regulations and are accompanied by the prescribed fee. If the application requirements, as prescribed in the regulations, are not substantially complied with, we will promptly advise you that the application cannot be accepted.
Business hours
Our business hours are 7.30am to 4.30pm. The following days are not classified as business days: all Saturdays and Sundays; all statutory holidays; Wellington Anniversary Day; and the period from 24 December until 2 January inclusive.
