Improving regulation of environmental effects in New Zealand’s Exclusive Economic Zone

7 August 2007 - The Ministry for the Environment is consulting on proposals to improve regulation of environmental effects in New Zealand’s Exclusive Economic Zone (EEZ).

A discussion paper on the proposals has been released for public comment and submissions can be made online or in writing.

The deadline for submissions is 30 September 2007.
