Our business hours are 8:30am to 5:00pm Monday to Thursday and 9:00am to 5:00pm Friday (NZT).
Our offices are closed:
- Saturdays and Sundays
- Statutory holidays and Wellington Anniversary Day
- From 25 December to 3 January
Note that physical submissions and packages received outside business hours are recorded as received at the beginning of the next business day. Online applications, lodged through the Online Permitting System, are recorded as received at the exact date and time submitted.
