Block Offer 2015 application form now available and IFB updated

Please note: Bidding for Block Offer 2015 is now closed. The outcome of the tender will be announced in December 2015.

The application form for bids for Block Offer 2015 is now available. The Invitation for Bids (IFB) for Block Offer 2015 has been also been updated, correcting some minor errors and inconsistencies in the original document.

Please take note of the following material changes:

• The closing date for bids as defined in the Glossary (p.1) has been corrected to read 30 September 2015.
• The financial and HSE information required of bidders and bid participants (p. 28 & 31) has been clarified as being required for all bids, including bids for a section 29A PEP, a section 29B Conditional PEP or a section 29B Conditional P(H)EP.
• The General Conditions of Block Offer 2015 permits that relate to Fees and Royalties have been amended to include conditions that clarify the royalties payable in respect of any permit that extends over the continental shelf beyond 200 nautical miles from the coastline (p. 36).

We intend to grant permits in December 2015.
