Have you submitted your annual summary report?

As at 11 April 2023, we’ve received 722 of the 845 annual summary reports due. 81% were submitted through the online permitting system. Thank you for filing your reports online and on time.

Annual summary reports – due date approaching

Permit holders can submit their 2022 period annual summary reports (ASRs) from now. They’re due by 31 March 2023. Find guidance below on submitting your ASR and information about our upcoming in-person workshop for permit holders in Greymouth.

Crown Minerals Amendment Bill introduced

The Government has introduced a Bill to better align the Crown Minerals Act 1991 (CMA) with wider Government policy objectives.

Submissions on the Bill are open now and close on 23 January 2023.
